After the training to save lives on air (Air Attendant Course on 6,7 June), now, SJAM Penang going for the water.. The Aquatic Trauma Care Course was organized by the Water Rescue Squad on 10-11 July 2009 at SJAM Penang HQ (lecture) and Permata Swimming Pool (Practical Session). Over 30 participants took part in this course. Trainers from SJAM NHQ Corporate Training Division were present to share their knowledge and skills with the participants. Participants are lectured on the theory and physiology of water and life saving. Hands on session on the second day at swimming pool gave all the participants an eye opener, as water rescue is different with the conventional "land" rescue. SJAM Penang would like to thank the trainers from SJAM NHQ and all the participants for making this training a success.
