FIRST AID AWARENESS
“First Aid” refers to the initial care provided by a first aider during an emergency using minimal equipment or materials, until qualified medical personnel arrive at the scene. The life of an injured or ill person in the workplace or public area may depend on the proper administration of first aid within the golden hour following an accident or onset of illness. Beyond saving lives, first aid also plays a crucial role in preserving life, preventing the condition from worsening, promoting recovery, and protecting unconscious individuals.
